Our services encompass a broad spectrum of residential maintenance and repair solutions, including plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical work, handyman services, and painting, all delivered with the signature Ace Helpful service our customers trust.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service through efficient and precise execution and clear communication.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems, including traditional forced-air, steam, hot water, oil, high velocity, and ductless systems.
- Employ specialized diagnostic tools to address and resolve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical issues in residential equipment.
- Maintain necessary inventory on service vehicles to facilitate all flat-rate repairs.
- Inform and educate customers on enhancing the comfort, efficiency, and safety of their homes.
- Support the training and development of junior technicians.
- Adhere to all company systems and administrative protocols related to the service department.
Qualifications for Success:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service.
- CFC License is mandatory.
- EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HVAC industry standards and building regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC operations.
- Valid driver's license is required.
