Compensation Overview:
Pay range: $25 - $35 (based on experience) + potential weekly sales bonus of up to 7%

Key Responsibilities:
This role involves a blend of technical skills and sales acumen. You will:
- Execute plumbing, drain cleaning, and related service calls in residential settings.
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide education on home maintenance and financing options.
- Offer technical support to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective service delivery.

Professional Standards:
Stay informed about the latest products and services from manufacturers to ensure high-quality installations and repairs.

Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including faucet repairs and water heater installations, using appropriate tools and techniques.
Mentor apprentices and participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Maintain an organized work environment and a well-stocked service vehicle.
Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of residential plumbing experience.
- Sales experience preferred (1+ years). Knowledge of tankless systems, water treatment, and well pumps is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Commitment to excellence and integrity in your work.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Dependable and consistent in all responsibilities.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

- Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- Capability to walk, stand, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, and reach in various directions.
- Maintain balance while working at heights using ladders and scaffolding.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
