About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Cooperative Development Team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the liaison between customers and worker-owners, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and assign worker-owners to jobs based on the internal job roster
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and support and troubleshooting for worker-owners
  • Learn and communicate job assignation and service policies used by Up & Go
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Work with team members to resolve customer complaints and improve sales, marketing, and service policies
  • Invoice commercial cleaning customers monthly and track invoices in Excel
  • Accompany worker-owners on commercial walk-throughs to support communication and negotiation with clients
  • Support worker-owners in creating estimates and drafting contracts for commercial jobs
Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Professional and clear communicator
  • Experience in customer service or sales, especially in the service industry
  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor
  • Team player and enjoys working collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills, with experience working with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or high school diploma with experience in customer service
