Precision CNC Service Management Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our client's precision CNC manufacturing team as a senior leader.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing local offices, ensuring profitability through cost management and revenue generation, while providing exceptional customer service.

This position demands a strong analytical mind, excellent leadership skills, and comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems, as well as CNC programming.

A Bachelor's Degree is desired, and relevant field experience or machining knowledge is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage costs and revenue generation to maintain profitability in assigned local offices.
  • Lead a field team and manage a business unit at a director level.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and response times.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Skilled troubleshooter and break-fix expert with hands-on experience on 5-axis CNC machines.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems, as well as CNC programming.

About Our Client:

Our partner is a renowned US and international cutting machine tool manufacturer with over 40 years of experience in the industry.

Compensation Package: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
