About the Role

LEAP Inc is seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to join our team. As a Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing paid search and paid media campaigns, as well as providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and media management for new paid search and paid media campaigns, including YouTube Ads, paid social campaigns, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display Ads, and Programmatic ads.
  • Offer strategic insights and recommendations during weekly team or client calls and monthly client reporting calls, including relevant metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and KPIs.
  • Monitor and evaluate paid search and paid media results and performance in line with best practices.
  • Manage the creation and deployment of keyword lists, audience targets, and first-party lists, and their deployments.
  • Balance the demands of multiple clients and workflows, communicating and engaging with internal teammates to streamline efficiency.
  • Lead on go-forward media strategies and executions and communicate with clients as a confidence-inspiring subject matter expert.
Requirements
  • 4+ years relevant experience in digital media management, with strong experience in YouTube and social media buying.
  • Paid search experience.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a client-facing capacity when needed.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
