The Senior HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in addressing organizational challenges through strategic people solutions. This position collaborates closely with senior and executive leadership teams across various market segments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations while providing thought leadership on human capital and organizational matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive human capital strategy aligned with business objectives. Utilize strategic thinking and data analysis to guide decision-making, challenging existing practices when necessary. Collaborate with a diverse group of HR experts to implement effective staffing, onboarding, development, and retention strategies. Execute programs that support employee growth, including career development, performance management, leadership coaching, and training initiatives. Conduct thorough organizational assessments, design tailored solutions, and implement strategies to resolve underlying issues in organizational structure and development. Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders in areas such as workforce planning, succession management, and change management. Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and propose proactive solutions to complex challenges. Identify organizational needs, analyze relevant data, and implement strategies to enhance workforce effectiveness. Assess staff relations issues, recognize trends, and work with leadership to develop appropriate action plans. Design and implement cross-functional solutions that extend beyond traditional HR practices. Act as a catalyst for change, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Leverage data from various sources to create compelling narratives that support business decisions. May mentor and guide HR Consultants and other HR Business Partners.Required Qualifications:
A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR, particularly in a business partner capacity with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with talent acquisition analytics and data integrity. Experience advising senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness. Proven track record in leading talent management initiatives in collaboration with business leaders. Demonstrated success in managing significant strategic projects. Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations. HR certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is preferred. Experience with Workday is a plus.Job Level:
