As a Senior Tax Consultant at BGBC Partners, you will be a proactive tax expert with a solid understanding of business operations in this specialized field. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge of tax regulations and excel in delivering superior client service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding client service
  • Prepare and review intricate tax return submissions
  • Exhibit proficiency in technical capabilities, quality of work, and adherence to professional and firm standards
  • Collaborate with fellow Tax team members and client personnel to effectively meet and exceed client expectations
  • Manage and nurture client relationships
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in tax (either in industry or public accounting)
  • Experience with Partnerships
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to handle sensitive matters and confidential information
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate resourcefulness
