Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personalized care to individuals with developmental disabilities in Richmond, Virginia. Our team of experienced healthcare professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support in a comfortable and familiar environment.

As an LPN, you will work independently to assess patients' needs, develop care plans, and deliver high-quality care and support. You will also maintain accurate records of patients' health status, vital signs, and observations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing direct patient care and monitoring vital signs.
  • Developing individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patients' health status and observations.

Compensation: $58,000 - $68,000 per annum based on experience.
