**About the Role:**

We are seeking a Personal Support Specialist to provide high-quality care and support to seniors at Discovery Village at the West End - AL.

This role involves working closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences, and developing personalized care plans to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks, and assist with feeding residents as needed.
  • Engage residents in life-enriching activities and promote their independence and dignity.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nurse's Aid certification or equivalent experience.
  • High School diploma/GED and 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
