Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a substantial volume of customer contacts through phone and email
- Analyze customer concerns, collect necessary information, and propose suitable solutions
- Follow established protocols for handling common customer service scenarios
- Develop strong relationships with customers by employing effective communication and conflict resolution strategies
- Record all customer interactions
- Achieve personal and team performance objectives
- Engage in regular training to stay current on industry developments and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position is beneficial
- Proficiency in computer applications and customer management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of customer-focused principles
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Compensation Package: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
