Job Description: The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager role at Professional Insurance Services involves updating client information, issuing insurance documentation, educating clients on their insurance needs, and shopping renewals to find the best coverage and rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Update client records to ensure accuracy
  • Issue insurance documents, including Certificates of Insurance (COI) and ID cards
  • Educate and advise clients on their insurance needs and coverage options
  • Shop renewals to find the best coverage and rates for clients
  • Assist clients with claims coverage questions and provide evidence of insurance

Requirements:

  • 4-40 insurance license required to start
  • At least 1 year of insurance experience
  • Experience with Applied Epic, QuoteRUSH, and EZLynx is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone and office etiquette
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
