Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately invoice and verify accounts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure inbound receipts are checked for precision.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships with professionalism.
  • Generate detailed customer reports upon request, including weekly and monthly billing summaries.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to coordinate product availability and daily shift schedules.
  • Work closely with Operations to fulfill special client requests and expedite processes as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain organized documentation for easy reference.
  • Engage in projects aimed at enhancing customer care processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Inventory and Operations to investigate discrepancies in inventory.
  • Lead all import/export activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED may be required based on the facility.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within a warehousing or logistics environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English may be required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs., with variations depending on the facility.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends if necessary.
