We provide an extensive orientation and frequently conduct in-office training sessions. We ensure follow-ups in person after the initial shift and regularly every 30-60 days, along with consistent check-ins via phone or text during the month for shift work. We also utilize specialized resources for any specific inquiries caregivers may have regarding unfamiliar situations.

Key Responsibilities- Conducts homemaking tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, changing bed linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.
- Prepares meals and snacks as per guidelines and may assist with grocery shopping.
- Offers companionship to clients, which may involve accompanying them on walks, outings, and engaging in recreational activities.
- Provides transportation for clients to appointments, shopping, and other engagements.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Successful completion of a written Competency Evaluation.
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English as required for the role.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Must possess a working cell phone and be able to communicate with the office.
