Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the development, engineering, and construction of anaerobic digestion and energy generation projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on commercial, energy, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project lifecycle, from development to operations, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals are met.
  • Lead a team of internal and external professionals to deliver multiple construction projects, including managing vendor relationships and construction contracts.
  • Develop and manage design-build, engineering, and construction contracts, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost management are aligned with project requirements.
  • Ensure technical and quality requirements are met, and maintain a sharp focus on project budget and cash flow.
  • Provide regular status reports to senior management on project progress, capital budget forecasting, and issues affecting key milestones.
  • Develop a safety awareness culture on assigned projects and maintain a keen focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management related to commercial, energy, and industrial facilities.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to analyze project risks and proactively identify and manage solutions.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, such as Primavera or MS Project, and cost management software.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and positively contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building or operating industrial-scale wastewater treatment, anaerobic digestion, and RNG facilities.
  • Understanding of electricity and RNG markets.
  • Industrial food manufacturing experience specifically related to wastewater systems.
Travel and Compensation

This role is based at our headquarters in Salem, NH, and will require travel 30-50%. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, with a salary range of $130,000 - $140,000, plus eligibility for bonus and equity programs.
