In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our franchise. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in hiring and training office personnel
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
  • Oversee franchise staffing and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with employment best practices
  • Develop and implement training and development plans
  • Manage performance and documentation
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience in customer service and team management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies
  • College degree preferred
Work Schedule
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
  • Varying hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
