Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Supervisor to lead the Purchasing Team at the Randolph Site of the Automation Solutions Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring required materials, supplies, equipment, and services to achieve financial and operating objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager and Manufacturing, Materials, Project Management, Engineering, and Leadership teams to drive Supply Chain performance.
- Negotiate and develop supplier networks to meet daily production and customer requirements.
- Facilitate and lead strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Investigate potential delays and/or quality issues, identify alternative plans, and engage with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the removal of barriers to improve shipping and receiving costs and facilitate timely transport of goods within budgets and government regulations.
- Ensure continued employee growth through development and establish a fair and ethical work environment.
- 2+ years of direct purchasing and sourcing leadership experience.
- Experience with computerized purchasing systems, including EPR/MRP, with SAP experience desired.
- Ability to deal and negotiate with suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to function with little oversight.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Analytical and data-driven approach.
