Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

The Scion Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

About the Role
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities maintenance, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance. You will work closely with our facilities technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required, trade school diploma or military training preferred

Operational Details
This role is based at one of our properties and may require occasional travel. You will be expected to work in an on-call capacity, except during approved PTO periods.
