Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000 per year, complemented by an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities:
Organizational Development and Strategic Partnership
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform organizational development strategies, encompassing workforce planning, staffing structure, succession planning, recruiting, employee development, performance management, and labor relations.
  • Serve as a change agent, driving process design analysis to support transformation towards best practice solutions.
  • Provide guidance on engaging employees in strategic initiatives and counsel managers on USNH policies.
Employee Relations and Compliance
  • Manage complex employment issues through investigation, mediation, and data collection and analysis to recommend resolutions.
  • Foster a fair and equitable workplace culture, partnering with supervisors and employees on issues related to employee relations, legal compliance, and collective bargaining agreements.
Training and Special Projects
  • Design and deliver training programs on HR topics, resulting in improved supervisory practices and employee retention.
  • Provide leadership for HR initiatives, special projects, and committees, staying current on HR laws and attending professional development opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications:
This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in personnel/human resources work, with excellent communication skills, supervisory ability, and experience utilizing HCM systems.
