Job Summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned process improvement expert to drive operational excellence across our organization. As Director of Operational Excellence, you will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, oversee project implementation, and facilitate change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across lines of business, leveraging Lean Six Sigma and other applicable tools and methodologies.
  • Champion fact-based decision-making and promote best practices and standardization.
  • Focus on efficient processes and systems, ensuring a robust controls environment.
  • Act as a change agent within the enterprise to ensure success of process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee internal Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program, ensuring quality monitoring remains robust and compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley and other organizational controls obligations.
  • Collaborate with functional areas and training to drive a continuous improvement cycle.
  • Manage the national ongoing monitoring and reporting program and related staff.
  • Ensure ongoing collaboration with local sites, corporate, and legal departments to ensure compliance with state and accrediting body standards.
Requirements
  • 8 years' quality, process improvement, and/or operations experience with demonstrated experience in project management, data analyses, and knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • 3-5 years' supervisory experience or managed care/network management experience.
  • Experience with accrediting body compliance preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, be an effective coach and leader, and a risk taker and visionary strategic thinker.
