As a Sales Territory Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and growing assigned sales territory through effective leadership of independent contractor Sales Representatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring sales representatives meet or exceed established sales KPIs.
- Fostering effective team communication through individual and team meetings.
- Providing customer and sales support by responding to customer inquiries and requests.
You will also work closely with the Installation team to ensure accurate sales orders, timely product installation, and customer satisfaction, and routinely review sales performance reports to identify areas of improvement and opportunity for assigned team and territory.
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with prior experience in a direct sales role or equivalent, ability to follow defined sales process performing in-home sales consultations, and ability to travel in local market including evenings and weekends.
