Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage incoming inquiries.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing identifying details and measuring items against shipping documents, invoices, and orders.
- Schedule daily delivery appointments.
- Manage the processing of incoming shipments.
- Handle the documentation for completed loads.
- Address any shipping or receiving discrepancies with internal teams.
- Maintain daily filing of paperwork.
- Adhere to corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report any noncompliance.
- Follow all company safety protocols and assist in their enforcement as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience in customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
