Senior Marketing Director

Fullsight is seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead our global marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that align with our organizational objectives and maximize brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
- Branding and Messaging: Craft and execute branding strategies that authentically reflect our mission, vision, and values, and oversee the overall company and product branding.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide regular reports to leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Content Oversight: Oversee marketing content creation, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging, promotion, and engagement goals.
- Website Management: Lead a coordinated web strategy across Fullsight, including the implementation of websites, mobile apps, and/or other digital products.
- Managing External Marketing Agencies: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring their strategies and efforts align with our goals and standards.
- Budget and Staff Management: Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions, and maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field.
- 15+ years of professional experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing plans.
- 10+ years of developing and executing digital/social/mobile marketing plans, managing marketing projects, and managing staff.
- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Director or similar role, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing platforms and best practices.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.
