Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the food and beverage department.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service to maximize profitability.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Manage departmental administration and ensure effective inventory and labor cost controls.
  • Foster strong relationships with associates, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the food and beverage sector.
  • At least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably within a multi-outlet environment.
  • Proven expertise in front-of-house operations and event management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Continuous professional development and training in industry trends.

Education

A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
