We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our kitchen team at Slyman\u2019s Tavern, a Cleveland staple since 1964. As a Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen environment
• Prepare workstations for cooking and maintain kitchen equipment
• Check the quality of ingredients and prepare cooking ingredients using various techniques
• Cook food using various culinary techniques and arrange food for appealing presentation
• Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cook
• Skilled in operating kitchen equipment
• Skilled in various cooking techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and act quickly
