Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales managers, marketing teams, and operations departments, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to provide value-added services to customers.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of sales experience in the foodservice industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Foodservice industry or culinary experience.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
Work Environment:

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, which may involve variable weather and temperature conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with frequent travel.
