- Team Management: Assist in supervising and training team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:
- Culinary Experience: 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on pastry and dessert preparation.

- Certifications: ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.

Working Conditions:
The Pastry Sous Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with exposure to heat, noise, and other hazards. The team member will be required to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties.
