Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a talented CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER to join our team at Chris Hamilton - State Farm Agent. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base, while also identifying new business opportunities.
As a key member of our agency, you will work closely with our agent to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed quarterly targets. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, developing your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals

Requirements:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
This is a salaried position with additional income opportunities through commissions and bonuses.
