Customer Support Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at SalesAi, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance via chat, email, and virtual meetings. Your ability to troubleshoot problems and communicate solutions clearly will contribute to the overall success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service through email, live chat, and live support.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, guiding them through product features and functionality.
  • Address and resolve technical issues related to the platform, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Problem Solving and Product Expertise:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems by investigating issues, identifying solutions, and providing step-by-step instructions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the technical team when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS product(s) and stay updated on new features and updates.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions in our CRM system.
  • Report on recurring issues and trends to improve overall customer satisfaction and reduce support queries.

Customer Feedback and Success:

  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and suggestions with the product and development teams.
  • Participate in customer success initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • A passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to understand customer issues and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
  • A strong sense of empathy to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
