Won't Stop Hospitality Server Job Description

The Won't Stop Hospitality Server is a key ambassador for our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced dining environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be energetic, friendly, and prompt, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to work on time, well-groomed, and dressed in proper uniform
  • Perform all Steps of Service as outlined in your training without deviation
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness and organization
  • Be a team player with a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Read tables and cater your style and speed of service accordingly
  • Build customer relationships and advocate for the Patachou brand
  • Embody a positive attitude and adapt to a seasonally changing menu
  • Have flexible working hours, including day, night, and weekend availability

Requirements:

  • Liquor License
  • ATC Certification

Experience and Certifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a full-service dining restaurant or similar hospitality setting
  • Possess or be able to obtain proper licensing and carry on your person for each shift: Liquor License and ATC Certification
  • Basic wine and spirit knowledge
  • Experience working with point of sale (POS) systems a plus

Salary Description: $2.13 + tips
