- Analyze and troubleshoot complex electronic issues to component level
- Repair and calibrate electronic instruments and systems
- Prepare and maintain accurate repair documentation and records
- Communicate technical information to colleagues and stakeholders
- Escalate unusual product issues to technical support or other appropriate departments
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
- Strong soldering skills and ability to troubleshoot to component level
- Proficient with oscilloscopes and digital multimeters
- Computer programming experience (C or C+/C++) a plus
Working Conditions
- Customer service center location or manufacturing site
- Lifting and other physical requirements differ by product line and location
