Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Repair Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our service support team, you will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electronic instruments and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex electronic issues to component level
  • Repair and calibrate electronic instruments and systems
  • Prepare and maintain accurate repair documentation and records
  • Communicate technical information to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Escalate unusual product issues to technical support or other appropriate departments

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
  • Strong soldering skills and ability to troubleshoot to component level
  • Proficient with oscilloscopes and digital multimeters
  • Computer programming experience (C or C+/C++) a plus

Working Conditions

  • Customer service center location or manufacturing site
  • Lifting and other physical requirements differ by product line and location
