Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As an Automotive Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for performing automotive repairs, conducting vehicle inspections, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs, including steering and suspension, brake service, and light electrical diagnostic and repair
- Conduct vehicle inspections using paper and digital forms
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory
- Perform tire installations and repairs
- Shop cleanliness and maintenance
