About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Studio Intern at SMAKK Studios. As a Studio Intern, you'll be working closely with our project managers to ensure the smooth operation of our studio. Your responsibilities will include managing the studio's IT systems, preparing for client visits, planning and executing social media campaigns, assisting with marketing and events, and supporting our project managers with various tasks.

We're looking for someone who is a jack of all trades, with exceptional organizational skills, great communication skills, and the ability to work quickly as part of a fast-paced team. If you're a fast learner with a great memory for details and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the studio's IT systems and ensure they are running smoothly
  • Prepare for client visits and ensure the studio is presentable
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to engage with our audience
  • Assist with marketing and events to promote our services
  • Support project managers with various tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a 4-year degree program
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Great communication skills - written and presentation
  • Ability to work quickly as part of a fast-paced team
  • Fast learner with a great memory for details
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
