Position Overview:

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will lead broker sales strategy, develop new partnerships, and manage relationships with brokers and General Agents (GAs). You will represent the company at local events, share market insights, and meet sales targets with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Drive broker sales strategy and manage broker/GA relationships.
  • Partnerships: Identify and establish new partnerships.
  • Representation: Attend local events as a company representative.
  • Insights: Test and share insights on growth opportunities.
  • Goals: Achieve sales targets while providing excellent service.
  • Market Research: Provide local market research and competitive analysis.

Territory:

  • Miami, FL / Jacksonville, FL / Orlando, FL

Background Profile:

Required Experience: 4+ years in health insurance sales with an insurance carrier or broker sales role

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Preferred

Travel: Up to 50%

  • Sales Hunter: Track record of acquiring new business.
  • Broker Relations: Experience working with brokers and their clients.
  • Market Data: Skilled in utilizing market data for decision-making.
  • Health Insurance Sales: Strong background in health insurance sales.
  • Lead Generation: Experience in building relationships with self-generated leads.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Group Sales: Experience in selling employee benefits to groups.
  • Team Oriented: Able to work effectively with diverse customers and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
