Job Overview

JobsRUs is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As an ATM Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing ATMs in a remote field service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ATMs, including component replacements and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose issues based on error logs and call information.
  • Provide status reports throughout service repairs and ensure SLA agreements are met.
  • Follow security safety procedures while working with ATMs and financial institutions.
  • Complete NCR-specific training and certifications.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of calls and activities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years of related field service experience.
  • Reliable transportation and a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
  • Basic tools, including #1 and #2 flathead and Phillips screwdrivers.
  • Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical abilities.
