Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Diedre Moire Corporation. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial-grade packaging systems at various food and consumer goods manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites for standard service and emergency calls
  • Perform installations, calibrations, and repairs on packaging equipment, including fillers, cappers, labelers, wrappers, cartoners, and palletizers
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as motors, motor drives, machine vision components, sensors, PLCs, and multi-axis controls
  • Train customer operators on proper use and maintenance of packaging equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in field service, mechanical, or industrial maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of packaging equipment and industrial machinery
  • Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment
