Heavy Equipment Repair Technician

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team at Rumpke of Kentucky, Inc. in a repair and fabrication facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks such as sanding, grinding, cutting, welding, and other fabrication or repair work on company containers, compactors, and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to read and speak English fluently, and possess a valid driver's license.
You will also be required to complete pre-employment testing and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Perform sanding, grinding, cutting, welding, and other fabrication or repair work on company containers, compactors, and equipment.
- Grinds metal parts after welding.
- Welds steel using MIG and ARC welding equipment.
- Fabricates steel components on containers.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work area in compliance with Company and OSHA standards.
Estimated annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
