Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Crane Field Service Technician to join our team at Wolter, Inc. Based in Louisville, KY, this role will involve servicing customer premises in the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, diagnose, and repair crane and hoist equipment on customer premises.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations through exceptional service skills.
  • Maintain a company service truck, tablet, credit card, and cell phone for efficient job completion.

Requirements:

  • Excellent electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills.
  • Experience with welding and fabricating.
  • Able to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Steel handling and rigging experience.
  • Comfortable working in elevated locations.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Must have your own tools and strong customer service skills.

Compensation Package:

  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
