Shop Mechanic

At Wilson Equipment Company, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Master Technician to join our team at our Louisville location. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our company-owned machines and customer equipment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment
- Conduct diagnostic inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Work safely and efficiently in a variety of environments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair or maintenance
- Technical school certificate or equivalent experience preferred
- Good driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle
