Equipment Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our heavy-duty fleet. This role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment maintenance, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. As an Equipment Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining our fleet's condition and ensuring that our vehicles are properly serviced and maintained.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance work, monitoring productivity and quality.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Communicate regularly with management, operations, and other teams regarding fleet maintenance status.
- Ensure maintenance meets quality and safety standards.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, monitor work orders, and maintain parts inventory.
- Train and direct employees to improve overall performance.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by promoting good relationships among team members.
- Perform road calls to repair vehicles as needed and conduct routine maintenance checks.
- Travel within the company for training or business purposes as required.
