Job Description

Job Summary:
Soccer Shots - North Florida is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator Sports Coach to join our team. As a Youth Sports Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering our engaging children's soccer program to preschool and elementary age children. Our program focuses on character development and skill building in a fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver our comprehensive soccer program to preschool and elementary age children
  • Implement our developmentally appropriate curriculum, which emphasizes character development and skill building
  • Manage a class of up to 16 children, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve coaching skills

Requirements:
  • Passion for early childhood education and positively impacting youth
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. and pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
