- Serve as the primary contact for managers regarding recruitment needs, providing qualified candidates to fulfill departmental staffing objectives.
- Process requests for new or replacement staff in a timely and precise manner.
- Uphold compliance with organizational policies concerning hiring, promotions, and transfers, including job offers and credential verification.
- Collaborate with the Compensation team to ensure salary offers align with organizational policies.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, including education, skills, and experience, to recommend suitable positions.
- Provide candidates with comprehensive information about organizational policies, values, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.
- Organize and interpret results from employment assessments.
- Prepare necessary reports, including vacancy statistics and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to comply with Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
- Guide managers in understanding and applying human resources policies and resolving potential employment issues.
- Engage in team discussions to enhance recruitment strategies and improve selection processes.
- Conduct job observations to gather insights into specific role requirements.
- Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of applicant information.
- Analyze employment challenges and propose improvements to recruitment policies and practices.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Assist with various recruitment initiatives as needed.
- Prepare and extend job offers while notifying candidates of their application status.
- May provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues.
The candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of patient demographics and possess the skills necessary to provide appropriate assessments and care as required by the department.

- Ability to gather and interpret information relevant to patient needs.
- Knowledge of developmental stages and their implications for care.
- Understanding of the treatment spectrum required for various patient groups.
- Maintain all required educational documentation.
- Exhibit strong customer service and teamwork skills.

- Perform tasks efficiently and in alignment with the organization's mission.
- Follow all organizational policies and procedures.
- Complete additional related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
5 years of relevant professional experience is required. An Associate's degree with 2 years of experience or a High School Diploma with 7-10 years of HR experience may be considered as substitutes.
