Collections Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team at Kyyba. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a queue of assigned accounts, negotiating payment solutions with customers, and providing excellent customer service via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and collections, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a queue of assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
2. Negotiate payment solutions with customers, providing clear and concise information about available options.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve collections and customer service processes.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
2. 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or collections environment preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
