Job Summary

ActioNet is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage all Contractor work performed under this Performance Work Statement (PWS). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our contract by providing leadership, coordination, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between Government and Contractor personnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Review and monitor Contractor technical work for quality, efficiency, and timeliness, supporting large DoD IDIQ contracts.
  • Demonstrate capability in managing multitask contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity, with expertise in the management and control of funds and resources.
  • Manage human resource activities related to the project, including recruitment, training, and personnel development.
  • Track and manage the project budget, ensuring effective financial management and resource allocation.
  • Conduct monthly Project Management Reviews (PMR) with relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Facilitate badging, security clearance, and administrative activities for all contractor and subcontract staff.
  • Recruit, manage, and ensure all contractor staff are fully trained to perform the required work, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, quad charts, and risk registers, ensuring effective project planning and execution.
  • Develop surveys and other methods to capture customer feedback, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Provide process improvement recommendations, lessons learned, and best practices to COR, TPOC, and NCO management, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Sciences, Information Technology and Systems Engineering, Computer Security, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of progressive work experience managing and supporting a PMO, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in program/project management and 3 years managing an IDIQ contract.
  • PMP Certification is required, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • DoD IAM Level II (or higher) is required, with a proven track record of managing sensitive and classified information.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and foster collaboration.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and execution, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
