Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly domestic payroll under 3 or more FEINs in multiple states for ~2,000 exempt and non-exempt employees using Ultimate Software (UKG) systems.
- Lead the payroll team in bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring precise, accurate, and timely processing.
- Collaborate with divisions and departments to ensure accuracy of all data prior to bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Create bi-weekly imports for loading data into UKG payroll system.
- Manage wage assignments and garnishments to ensure accurate processing, payment by payroll services provider, and communication with required parties.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of multi-state, full-cycle payroll experience, with 1+ years in a supervisory role.
- Advanced knowledge of payroll administration, compliance, and tax laws; FPC or CPP preferred.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, functions, data analysis, manipulation, and validation.
- Strong understanding of payroll software functionality, particularly Ultimate Software (UKG).
