Benefits Analyst Role
In this pivotal role, you will support sales teams, service teams, clients, and vendor partners by performing various tasks such as Data Analytics modeling, marketing output, client management, data management, and ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead marketing and renewal activities for fully insured and self-insured clients.
  • Collaborate with Account teams to develop client strategies, set objectives, and assess risk.
  • Direct marketing efforts to meet service model timelines.
  • Develop RFPs to meet objectives.
  • Execute marketing instructions and respond to carrier requests.
  • Negotiate with carriers to secure competitive options for clients.
  • Analyze proposals for compliance and desired provisions.
  • Provide recommendations to Account Managers and Executives.
  • Evaluate benefit plans, costs, and market trends to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Manage financial reports and claims monitoring for fully insured and self-insured clients.
  • Participate in peer reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of renewal documents.

  • Dynamic work skills and experience managing multiple tasks and internal/external partnerships.
  • Superb organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills for interactions with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience in the insurance industry or broker industry.
  • Project Management experience is advantageous.
  • 1-4 years of experience in employee benefit analysis.

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated salary for this position ranges between $57,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and expertise. This role is eligible for an incentive program offering additional compensation up to 8% of salary annually based on individual and Company performance.
