Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Director of Compensation and Benefits to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefit programs that drive business results and attract top talent.

Responsibilities
  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies that align with our business goals and industry standards.
  • Benefit Programs: Design and administer employee benefits that enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  • Salary Administration: Oversee salary administration processes, including merit increases, promotions, and restructuring.
  • HRIS Management: Manage our HR Information System (HRIS) database to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of corporate compensation and benefits experience, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
