About the Role

Alo Yoga is seeking a seasoned leader to drive brand growth and new customer acquisition through paid media channels. This individual will be responsible for developing a comprehensive vision, strategy, and executing performance-based growth marketing plans, including oversight of a multi-million dollar paid media budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with digital product and engineering teams to implement advanced analytics and tracking capabilities across all digital properties.
  • Develop and drive innovative growth and paid media strategies to meet revenue and consumer targets, with a focus on sustainable, efficient growth.
  • Oversee channel roadmap, optimization, and expansion, including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate, CTV/OTT, and all paid media investments for the brand.
  • Scale and optimize investment, focusing on acquiring new customers while achieving efficiency (LTV/CAC and ROAS) goals.
  • Build, monitor, and own paid media KPI reporting on actual, budgeted, and forecasted spend and return projections on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Use paid investment measurement and analysis to inform decision-making and results, utilizing measurement and attribution modeling (MMM, MTA, UMM) to gain insights into the effectiveness of digital marketing.
  • Own brief and content development with the creative team to optimize ad performance and drive brand image.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, creators, and partners, identifying and building a case for outside services as required to drive results and deliver to brand targets.
  • Lead and develop a best-in-class, high-performing team of digital media marketers, establishing goals for the functional team and direct reports.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of experience leading paid digital media and/or growth/performance marketing.
  • Advanced understanding of direct response metrics and ability to measure program/campaign ROI across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms specific to customer acquisition.
  • Growth mindset, with a bias toward change and comfortable operating in the grey.
  • Deep understanding and proven track record of managing acquisition campaigns, strategies, and benchmarks.
  • Highly collaborative and able to build cross-functional partnerships with data, creative, brand, and site merch teams.
  • Digital marketing expert, specific to emerging consumer and media trends.
  • Proactively engage with external partners and stay on the pulse of new trends and platforms to inform future engagement strategies.
