Role Overview:

The Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and orderliness within our establishments. This includes performing a variety of cleaning tasks, maintaining supplies, and addressing any maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
  • Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities.
  • Handle heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as required.
  • Report any deficiencies or repair needs to management.
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage and stock supply rooms effectively.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of safety and security procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret written instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Physical capability to perform janitorial tasks and operate standard cleaning equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work.
  • Reliable in following schedules and commitments.
  • Ability to take direction from supervisors and work both independently and as part of a team.
