Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Echocardiogram Specialist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As an Echocardiogram Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiogram studies using accepted techniques and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general diagnostic echocardiogram studies, including general echo, TEE, pediatric echo, stress echo, and contrast echoes.
  • Communicate effectively with ancillary areas and internal staff.
  • Evaluate, coordinate, and execute responsibilities under pressure situations.
  • Provide professional and quality care to patients from neonates to geriatrics while following hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Document technical findings and preliminary observations within the scope of practice as set by department policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be RDCS registered from ARDMS.
  • Must have a minimum of basic understanding of general echocardiography.
  • BLS certificate (American Heart).
