Community Manager

Flat Fee Landlord is seeking a skilled Community Manager to lead our single-family homes and communities in the DMV area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, fostering positive relationships with tenants, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular property inspections and document conditions with photos.
- Prepare homes for leasing by coordinating necessary repairs and cleaning.
- Act as the primary on-site representative, addressing tenant concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage all leasing activities, including marketing vacant properties, conducting showings, screening tenants, and executing lease agreements.
- Supervise the property manager overseeing maintenance, delinquency management, and lease renewals.
- Monitor rental income and expenses to maximize profitability, preparing financial reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with maintenance vendors, property managers, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on portfolio performance.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations, tenant interactions, and financial transactions.
- Travel as needed for meetings, company events, and training.
- Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Clean and reliable vehicle, with a valid driver's license.
- Smartphone for communication and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be available on weekends.
- Basic accounting knowledge, with the ability to read ledgers and address tenant and landlord concerns.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to travel for company-related activities.
Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
Total Compensation Target:
- Including commissions and bonuses, the total annual compensation could increase with no cap on earning potential.

- Revenue Generated: Maximizing rental income and other revenue streams.
Opportunity for advancement to Senior Field Director, Regional Manager, or other leadership roles within the property management department.
